you mentioned in your presentation that the training kit contains the activation service factory. the factory you used during your webcast to obtain/configure wcf web service.

after installing it, there are labs, presentations, and demos. but i am not seeing the code for this factory. where can i find it?

The activation service factory is part of WCF 3.5 it lives in System.ServiceModel.Activation
